Nyckeltalsinstitutet, the Institute of Human Resource Indicators, was established in 1996. Since then we collect, analyze and present data regarding human resource costing and accounting. By doing this we have established a Swedish standard for human resource indicators. In addition, we support organisations in the use of human resource accounting and calculating and we organise advanced seminars and education.
Through our indexes, “Work conditions index, WCI” and “JÄMIX, Gender Equality Index, our customers get extensive annual reports consisting of 20 to 40 indicators . The reports include comparisons between the subscribing organisation and other participating organisations and of the subscribing organisation over time. Participating organisations today represent more than 650.000 employees in Sweden.
